Tuition Payment Options

Full Payment

A $2,500 deposit is due in February/March for the following academic year. The balance of tuition is due in July.

Ten-month Payment Plan

This option allows the balance remaining (after enrollment deposit, applicable financial aid, book fee, and new student fee*) to be paid in ten equal installments. The first payment begins July 5, and continues through April 5 via electronic funds transfer. Financing agreement (including finance charge) is required.

Educational Loans

Educational loans are available through third-party lenders. Tuition loan programs assist many families in making tuition payments more affordable by providing the funds upfront and spreading the payments over a longer period of time. Need-Based Financial Aid

This option is designed to help families who could not realistically consider private education. Like most other independent schools, Brentwood School uses School and Student Services (SSS) to assess a family’s level of need. We also require a school application and tax returns as part of the confidential process. SSS, located in Princeton, NJ, provides unbiased and uniform information to schools. Once received, the SSS information is adjusted by the school to take into consideration the cost of living in Los Angeles (COLA adjustment).
