Parent Education
No one has a bigger impact on the life of a child than his or her parents. We believe that life-long learning is a goal for parents as well as students. Brentwood School provides parents tools and resources that help them communicate, understand child development, familiarize themselves with academic programs, and develop relationships with each other and the school community. Brentwood School provides the support that allows parents to accompany their children on their educational journey.
Parent representatives from the Parent Education Program work closely with the administration and the Board of Trustees to create and offer opportunities to educate the parents in our school community. Division Directors oversee and choose topics for discussion that are related to the year’s theme and pertinent to each grade level.
