    Amaranth is the student-run literary magazine.  First published in 1982, the name Amaranth refers to mythical flower that never fades or dies.  Since the first issue, our goal has remained unchanged:  to provide a forum for the voices of our students, to celebrate the creative spirit and to provoke, challenge, and illuminate the minds of the Brentwood School family.
