Brentwood School’s Middle School Athletic program fields as many as 48 teams in various leagues in any given year.
This tradition of wide and enthusiastic participation is fostered by our philosophy of a no-cut policy. We have developed a tradition of excellence due to the hard work of many coaches, many of whom also teach at the school, and the dedication of a large number of very talented scholar athletes.
Brentwood School believes that physical education and athletics complement and enrich the academic experience and are integral to every student’s education and personal growth. To that end, we offer a comprehensive 7th through 12th Grade physical education curriculum and a wide array of interscholastic athletics in order to foster a love of sport and a life-long commitment to health and fitness. We view coaches as teachers and the fields and courts as extensions of the classroom. We encourage our students to participate and to strive for excellence. The school seeks to produce highly competitive teams and prizes character, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
The 2012 middle division football team is improving every day. We started this season with very little experience, size or speed.
The Brentwood MS Swim team is off to a wonderful start this season. The team is reaching higher and higher numbers each year, with 25 swimmers on the roster this year.
The girls middle school tennis is having its best season yet!
