Apply to the West Campus: Grades 1-5

The online application process begins after an inquiry form is submitted. Please submit the Inquiry Form to receive information on how to create or update an applicant account and submit an admissions application.

We will invite prospective parents and students to participate in our admissions process pending availability in non-entry grades.

We will consider your application complete once you have submitted the $155.00 application fee (by debit or credit card). If your family is applying for financial support, the application fee will be waived.

Our application deadline is Friday, January 9, 2026, for local transfer students. You may return to the portal at any time to review the status of your application.

Please distribute the following transcript request and recommendation forms to your child’s current school via our admissions portal.

Please have an authorized official at your school complete, sign, and return these forms by email to wcadmissions@bwscampus.com. Please include complete report cards, including grades K-5, and all standardized test scores.

We recognize that a Brentwood School education is a major investment and can be a challenge for many families.
