Applied Science
Designed for students interested in solving real-world challenges through STEAM and contributing to the broader scientific community. Students will learn critical laboratory skills, perform novel research, and participate in science fairs/conferences. There are two levels:
Level One - Research & Design:
- researching current studies and designing experiments
- 4-6 hours per week
Level Two - Applied Science:
- conducting experiments focused on real-world applications
- students must submit to the LA County Science Fair
- 5-8 hours per week
Design and Fabrication
Design and fabricate projects that solve real-world problems. Students will be introduced to various tools, materials, and techniques used in design and fabrication (3D printing, Arduino, woodworking, laser cutting, etc.)
Entrepreneurship
Launch and grow your business. We have the following programs in sequential order based on the venture's stage.
