Seesaw (K-2)

In Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grade, your child’s teachers use the digital app, Seesaw Class, to connect with your child.

Students use the Seesaw Class app to complete and turn in assignments. Using this app, students are able to use creative tools to take pictures, draw, record videos, and more to capture learning. Your child accesses the Seesaw Class app using their Brentwood School issued iPad and their unique Home Learning QR Code.

Seesaw Family App

Parents can connect using the "Seesaw Family" app, which allows you to view your child’s journal filled with completed assignments, pictures, and posts as well as read announcements and messages sent by the teachers.

Please see the instructions below to access the Seesaw Family app on your personal device. If you are new to Seesaw’s Family app, your teacher will send an invitation at the beginning of the year inviting you to log into the Family app. If you are returning to the Family app, you will automatically be connected to your child’s activities once you have completed the steps below.

iPad, iPhone, or Android Device

  1. To download the Family app, go to Seesaw’s Help Site at web.seesaw.me/platforms-parents.
  2. Once the app is downloaded, you can use your email address and password that you set when you initially signed up for the Family app or that you used when you accepted the Seesaw invitation from your child’s teacher.

Personal Computer

  1. Go to the website app.seesaw.me and click the “I’m a Family Member” icon.
  2. There you can enter your email address and password that you set when you initially signed up for the Family app or that you used when you accepted the Seesaw invitation from your child’s teacher.
